Green Gates is a little piece of heaven set in a peaceful location overlooking rolling fields just on the outskirts of Wombourne village and easily accessible from the A449. There are quiet lanes for road hacking and plenty of nearby off-road riding.

The paddocks are well maintained and sprayed for ragwort yearly as well as being fertilized yearly. They are also regularly poo-picked.

All facilities listed below are included:

• 13 acres of all-year individual daily turnout in electric-fenced paddocks with a stock fenced perimeter. Size is dependent on individual requirements. 
• 11 well-ventilated stables with automatic water and rubber matting. The stables are separated into three sections – five are built within the main barn, while the other six are divided into two separate outside blocks of three.
• 60mx35m arena with Flexi-ride surface with dressage markers.
• Full set of 'Jump4Joy' show jumps.
• Large all-weather round pen with moveable jump posts.
• Summer jumping paddock.
• Fully alarmed tack room with tea and coffee making facilities.
• Wash box facility.
• Personal storage in cabinets and out of season rug storage.
• Car parking area.
• Lorry/trailer parking (additional cost).
• Well lit under cover area within barn for farrier, vet and clipping etc.
